Afraid of the Dark?.....

'I have been afraid of the dark since i can remember, the thought of
being alone in the dark was the most terrifying thought, and the
reality of it, far worse. Even if i was the first one home in the
evening after work, i would be filled with dread as i walked into my
home. I couldn't walk around my own home freely without being scared,
or just relax and watch some TV, or make dinner, i would just have to
be confined to one room with the door shut as i would be so scared. A
couple of weeks ago I had Thought Field Therapy with Ildiko, and
within minutes, the thought of the dark that had moments before filled
me with terror, made me laugh, i actually thought it was funny, what
was there to be scared of? It was literally like a light switching on
in my mind and i would and have recommended Ildiko and Thought Field
Therapy to my nearest and dearest to conquer their own fears and
stresses'.
